- Full names, cellphone number and email address when you request the eBook or contact us.
- Technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) via cookies.
- Affiliate tracking identifiers when you click a YesPlay link.

- To process your eBook request and respond to enquiries
- To send marketing only with your consent (opt out any time)
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To meet legal obligations
3. Minors
Our services are for persons 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and will delete it if found.
4. Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality, or where the law requires. Information you give YesPlay is governed by YesPlay’s privacy policy.
5. Security, retention and transfers
We use reasonable safeguards, keep data only as long as needed, and ensure adequate protection for any cross-border transfer (POPIA s72).
