This policy explains how BetDivision (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/087518/07) uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and server-side identifiers, both on this website and within the tracking layer of the BetDivision API.

2. Cookies on this website
- Strictly necessary: a session cookie for form security and a preference cookie (
bd_cookie_consent, 6 months) that records your consent choice so the banner does not reappear. These cannot be switched off. - Analytics (optional): if enabled, aggregated measurement of page views and referrers to improve the site. These are only set after you accept.
This website sets no advertising cookies.
3. Tracking inside the Service
Our attribution layer may set a first-party click identifier on our clients' own domains, typically a bd_click cookie with a configurable lifetime of up to 90 days, and may use server-to-server postbacks or a pseudonymous device signature where cookies are unavailable. The purpose is to attribute a conversion to the affiliate that referred it and to detect duplicate or fraudulent claims. Our clients decide the lifetime and are responsible for obtaining consent from their own visitors and for disclosing this tracking in their own notices.

You may accept or decline optional cookies through the banner on this site, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the bd_cookie_consent cookie. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site. Mobile devices offer an advertising-identifier reset in system settings.
